Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
You get to meet a lot of really nice people and have the opportunity to connect with anyone at any level incl. top management (true "open door policy"). There are a quite a few leaders from whom you can learn a lot from and they take the time to talk to you. The HR organization in particular has a lot of good initiatives and they are constantly bringing in new ones.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As in any organization there are some aspects which are not ideal, but the leadership is constantly improving the organization and the way of working.

Keep bringing in the positive initiatives and reach out to teams/emplyoees pro-actively for feedback on what can be improved.
