• Implementation, maintenance, and continuous development of the ALPLA Integrated Management System (IMS) at regional level
• Analysis and optimization of processes in line with Operational Excellence (OPEX) principles
• Preparation, facilitation, and support of internal and external IMS audits
• Development, review, and implementation of best practices as well as regional IMS standards and documentation
• Ensuring the sustainable application of IMS processes at plant level and promoting structured information exchange between the region, sites, and functional departments
• Evaluation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and derivation and tracking of appropriate measures
• Support for sites in the implementation of new management tools, standards, and improvement projects
• Management of small to medium-sized projects within the IMS environment
• Planning and delivery of training sessions as well as support in identifying training needs

• Solid knowledge of audits and assessments as well as selected IMS standards

• Applies structured thinking and data-driven analysis to deliver results and continuously improve performance.
• Experience in using IMS tools and basic knowledge of project management
• Willingness for continuous development and interest in organizational and behavioral interrelationships (e.g., Behavioral Economics)
• Readiness to travel up to 25% within the CEEU region
