Your Role

As a Senior Strategy and Business Performance Analyst, you will transform data into meaningful insights that provide real value across our sales, marketing, and distribution strategy. Become a trusted partner for multi-functional teams and support leadership in making data-driven decisions that shape our go-to-market approach. Joining our collaborative and innovative team, you will play a vital part in developing actionable analysis and scalable reporting solutions that directly impact business performance.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Deliver insights and analytics that drive sales, marketing, and distribution strategy initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into impactful analysis and scalable solutions
• Lead Tableau dashboard development from requirements gathering through building, QA, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on data structure changes and validate delivered solutions
• Maintain data quality and accuracy across all dashboards, reports, and processes
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and streamline reporting accuracy while reducing manual tasks
• Document solutions and share expertise with technical and non-technical colleagues

Your Profile

With strong analytical thinking and a passion for data, you are an effective communicator who excels at working collaboratively and independently. You thrive in environments where you can proactively address challenges and drive improvement.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field (mandatory)
• Proven hands-on experience with Tableau, including calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard performance optimization (mandatory)
• Experience working with AI tools or using AI to enhance analytics and reporting (preferred)
• Experience delivering sales or marketing analytics and partnering with IT or technical teams
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to ensuring data quality
• Effective communication skills to present complex findings to audiences at all levels
• Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative problem solver
• Fluency in English (mandatory); additional language skills are an advantage
