Technical Reward Analyst - Compensation
The Technical Reward Analyst - Compensation provides essential support to the People Reward and Recognition chapter, focusing on Workday configuration, data analysis, and administrative processes. This role involves managing global reward processes, offering guidance on reward inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Reward Partners to understand organizational structures and roles.
- Perform system configuration activities in Workday.
- Contribute to the Annual Compensation review cycle management, including system preparation and query resolution.
- Conduct system testing activities prior to release.
- Support the introduction and development of innovative technologies.
- Conduct audits and analysis on programs, policies, and procedures to recommend enhancements.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of work processes to create a more streamlined organization.
Requirements
- Experience in HR support, Customer Service, or Payroll roles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced critical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in analysis tools such as Excel, Access, or Smartsheet and HR systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide clear, effective responses.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
