Senior Medical Writer

The Global Digital Hub at Roche is seeking a Medical Writer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing medical writing and digital content solutions, identifying content needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective deployment of resources.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit medical content for various formats and digital channels, including patient information, educational materials for HCPs, newsletters, and medical reports.
• Research and summarize data from pre-clinical and clinical studies.
• Develop formats and guidelines for clinical documentation and prepare scientific manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across therapeutic areas while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and Roche best practices.
• Partner with creative teams and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and contribute to project success.

Requirements

• Degree in Medical Sciences with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native-level written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German, French) is an advantage.
• Strong time management, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, scientific rigor, and the ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and prioritize tasks.
