Medical Writer

Roche is seeking a Medical Writer to join the Global Digital Hub within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. This role involves developing medical writing and digital content solutions across various therapeutic areas, supporting communication strategies, and engaging with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit medical content for digital channels, including patient information, educational materials for healthcare professionals, newsletters, medical reports, and study summaries.
• Assist in developing formats for clinical documentation and prepare scientific manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery, scientific accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and company best practices.
• Monitor workload, anticipate capacity issues, and collaborate with creative teams to develop content.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and healthcare professionals to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in medical sciences or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, scientific rigor, and a customer-service mentality.
• Proficiency with standard IT applications, including the Google suite.
• Strong stakeholder management, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and passion for learning new technologies.
