Accounts Payable Accountant

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to Roche suppliers and internal partners. This role involves managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including booking complex invoices, validating payment requests, managing vendor accounts, and resolving invoice queries. You will act as a key point of contact, fostering collaboration between finance teams and internal stakeholders while participating in process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate PO-based and direct invoices and payment requests.
• Manage vendor accounts and execute payments.
• Audit, report, and support invoice resolution.
• Handle internal and supplier queries via phone and email.
• Promote collaborative relationships between finance teams and internal departments.
• Participate in process improvement projects and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or equivalent professional experience.
• General understanding of finance processes and standards; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle complex issues.
• Accountability and an agile mindset for working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
