Senior Procurement Solutions Manager

Join the Strategy and Solutions Chapter at Roche as a Sr. Procurement Solutions Manager. You will act as an Ambassador for Digital Procurement and Excellence, driving digital roadmaps, optimizing processes, and managing external workforce solutions. You will collaborate across the organization to enhance enabling technologies and build governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital procurement strategy and deliver roadmap approaches.
• Manage external workforce solutions as a subject-matter expert.
• Optimize processes through analytics and data insights.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Business Process Management teams.
• Develop governance frameworks, guides, and training materials.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• University degree in Business or IT.
• Significant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Procurement Technology, or Management Consulting.
• Expertise in procurement technology management, backlog management, KPIs, and LLMs.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Strong influence and collaboration skills in a matrix organization.
• Strategic, action-oriented, and inclusive mindset.
• Preferred: Certification in Scrum/SAFe, LEAN, or Change Management; technical/coding experience; fluency in German and English.
