What you’ll get to do
You’ve got a sharp eye for opportunities, a knack for strategy, and the drive to turn leads into lasting impact? Perfect. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of our DACH marketing efforts and push the brand forward across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you’ll build and execute cross-channel campaigns, partner closely with Sales and CS, and make sure we’re not just hitting KPIs - but growing with intention. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Own and drive all marketing activities in the DACH region - from planning to execution.
- Align closely with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success to connect marketing to revenue.
- Identify local growth opportunities and optimise acquisition and upsell performance.
- Localise global campaigns and create region-specific content that actually resonates.
- Manage external partners like PR agencies and local industry collaborators.
- Ensure quality translations across product, campaigns, and web - no awkward German here.
- Keep marketing aligned with our business goals and core KPIs.
- Collaborate with global teams while bringing your regional expertise to the table
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of marketing experience and can show real results.
- You’re entrepreneurial and pragmatic - ideas are great, execution is better.
- You collaborate naturally and enjoy building bridges across departments.
- You’re fluent in German (native level) and confident in English - in writing and speech.
- You understand how to tailor messaging for specific goals and audiences.
- You love a good dashboard and make decisions based on data, not gut alone.
- You bring energy, ownership, and adaptability to a fast-moving environment.
- You care about impact, not just activity - and you don’t wait for permission to get started.
