Our client is a leading international chemical and pharmaceutical trading company. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the team in a direct hire, permanent position, location-independent within Germany
What to Expect:

Working in one of the most successful areas of the corporation, the Pharma Unit, which has experienced tremendous growth, especially in the last 5 years.
Many new market potentials are yet to be tapped, offering a virtually "greenfield" opportunity with ample room for creativity.
Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
The role can be performed location-independently, as extensive travel is typically required. Regular meetings are held at the headquarters in Germany (minimum 1x/month).
Flexible working hours (no core working hours).
High level of autonomy and independence.

Responsibilities:

Identifying, evaluating, and promoting new business opportunities and partnerships to ensure future growth.
Building and maintaining a robust pipeline for potential products and partnerships.
Cultivating relationships with industry stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Negotiating contracts and developing compelling business proposals.
Collaborating with internal teams.

Profile:

Bachelor's, MBA, or PhD degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Pharmacy.
Relevant experience in Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in English communication (German is not mandatory).
High willingness to travel (approximately 40%).
