Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, promoting products to healthcare professionals, managing distribution networks, and executing sales promotion plans. You will partner with the Area Sales Manager to achieve business goals, gather market insights, and ensure effective product penetration in the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to Healthcare Professionals through scientific communication, relationship building, and ethical marketing.
• Assist in territory planning by providing market insights, estimating demand, and monitoring stock availability.
• Execute monthly sales promotion plans, including field activation and merchandising, while tracking expenses and efficacy.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and execute SKU-wise monthly sales plans.
• Manage the distribution network by monitoring performance and resolving concerns regarding accounts, pricing, and competition.
• Organize distributor and dealer meetings and ensure successful monthly collections.
• Monitor competitor activities and maintain daily reporting of customer visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven practical experience in field sales, distribution management, or territory management.
• Strong interest in driving market growth through relationship building and demand generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with doctors, chemists, and dealers.
• Highly organized with administrative tasks, including reporting, expense tracking, and collections.
• Comfortable with field travel and collaborating in a structured environment.
