Job Duties:
- Emphasis in research is on the combinatorial development of new materials with applications as medical materials; in cooperation with other members of the team duties are the combinatorial preparation and physical characterisation of appropriate material libraries and detailed electrochemical investigation by means of scanning electrochemical droplet cell microscopy.
- Take part in teaching in master-and bachelor courses, supporting experimental lectures
- Opportunity to complete a dissertation is given and desired
Your Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree in chemistry
- Profound practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of electrochemistry is required
- Profound knowledge of electronical impedance spectroscopy is mandatory
- Further theoretical and practical knowledge in suitable methods for material characterisation are an advantage
- Strong command English (both oral and written, level C1)
- Strong command of German (both oral and written, level C1)
- Basic knowledge in Japanese is desired
- Motivated and reliable personality
