What you achieve with us
- Understanding and gathering customer requirements with a focus on quality
- Product monitoring in the field within the quality context
- Management of complex customer complaints in interdisciplinary teams
- Handling customer complaints in close cooperation with the responsible quality managers
- Management of customer audits
- Monitoring product-related KPIs and, if necessary, coordinating the corresponding activities
- Main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters
- Overall responsibility for the completion of quality assurance agreements
- Representing the company towards customers in matters of quality management and product quality
- Organizing and conducting systematic quality meetings with strategic customers
- Final approval of quality-related statements issued to customers
How you convince us
- Completed technical education (university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college with several years of professional experience) combined with a business-oriented background
- Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of quality management
- Ideally experience and knowledge regarding ISO certifications
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Open and communicative personality
- Strong problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility, self-organization, and ability to work in a team
