What you achieve with us

  • Understanding and gathering customer requirements with a focus on quality
  • Product monitoring in the field within the quality context
  • Management of complex customer complaints in interdisciplinary teams
  • Handling customer complaints in close cooperation with the responsible quality managers
  • Management of customer audits
  • Monitoring product-related KPIs and, if necessary, coordinating the corresponding activities
  • Main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters
  • Overall responsibility for the completion of quality assurance agreements
  • Representing the company towards customers in matters of quality management and product quality
  • Organizing and conducting systematic quality meetings with strategic customers
  • Final approval of quality-related statements issued to customers

How you convince us

  • Completed technical education (university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college with several years of professional experience) combined with a business-oriented background
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of quality management
  • Ideally experience and knowledge regarding ISO certifications
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility, self-organization, and ability to work in a team
