What you will enjoy doing

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and production efficiency.
• Monitor production performance and solve operational issues.
• Control manpower, production costs, and overtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Coach and develop supervisors and production staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, 5S, and Safety standards.

What makes you great

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience managing production in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Injection Molding (IM) processes.
• Experience in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Thai.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Safety systems is an advantage.
