Roche Pharma is seeking a Medical Partner to act as a trusted, scientifically grounded collaborator within their customer engagement model. This role involves driving local and cross-country medical activities to accelerate the pipeline, differentiate the portfolio with robust data, and secure broader patient access to innovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the medical component of the integrated strategy and develop a scientifically sound value story.
• Cultivate peer-to-peer relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts to foster clinical endorsement.
• Gather and translate clinical practice and patient insights into actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement local Integrated Evidence Plans, including Real-World Evidence and Investigator-Initiated Studies.
• Contribute scientific expertise to Health Technology Assessment submissions to secure patient access.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal teams to support clinical trials and product license approvals.
• Ensure all medical activities comply with company policies, regulatory rules, and Good Clinical Practice standards.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Natural Sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or a related scientific role.
• Robust understanding of medical affairs strategies, clinical research methodologies, and evidence-generation tactics.
• Proven ability to build trusted networks, influence complex environments, and communicate scientific information effectively.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
