Quality Partner

As an Operations Quality Partner, you will act as a strategic business partner to ensure the delivery of safe, quality products and services. You will be responsible for implementing risk-based compliant processes, driving business results, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while breaking down organizational silos.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities to meet Quality and Regulatory goals and objectives.
• Coach colleagues and help develop their skills and expertise.
• Author and review documentation, and perform technical reviews.
• Prepare for and participate in audits, and troubleshoot issues to ensure compliance.
• Communicate significant quality or regulatory risks to Executive Management.
• Collaborate across departments to advance network initiatives and strategic projects.
• Act as a role model for Agile Leadership and the company's operating principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with recognized expertise in the job discipline.
• Experience working in more than one function within quality management.
• Ability to manage highly complex or global projects.
