The Position
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will join the team dedicated to proposing Roche solutions for pathological anatomy to hospitals and public facilities. Your responsibilities include building effective relationships with existing and potential clients, coordinating business opportunities across company functions, pursuing new commercial opportunities in line with strategy, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in scientific fields such as Biology, CTF, or Biotechnology. You should have commercial experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in managing public tenders. Strong relational and negotiation skills, a collaborative team-oriented mindset, and proficiency in both Italian and English are required. Previous knowledge of Roche Diagnostics segments, including analysis laboratories, microbiology, transfusion centers, or pathological anatomy, is considered a plus.
