The Position
As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for customer management, including building communication channels with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and delivering scientific and product-related information to promote standardized treatment plans. You will lead discipline development by identifying clinical pain points, organizing educational meetings, and building standardized diagnosis and treatment platforms. Your responsibilities include planning and executing academic promotion strategies, managing budgets, and driving the adoption of standardized treatment protocols in collaboration with patient solution managers. Additionally, you will focus on self-development as a subject matter expert and foster team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or pharmacy.
- At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in sales, marketing, or medical roles.
- Strong learning agility, business acumen, communication, and execution skills.
- Ability to integrate resources across multiple products.
- Commitment to mission-driven work, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
- Must pass RDPAC exams and complete all mandatory Roche training during the probationary period.
