Your Mission
As Builder Engineer Internal Systems | all genders, you take ownership of our internal technology landscape. You design, build and maintain the systems and tools that our teams rely on every day. You combine solid engineering skills with a structured approach to create solutions that work reliably and scale with the company.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain internal systems, tools and automations
- Develop and manage integrations across platforms, with a focus on Salesforce
- Ensure data quality, consistency and flow between internal systems
- Create internal dashboards, workflows and process automations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design and IT
- Improve and maintain our internal toolchain and development processes
- Build and maintain internal web-based interfaces where needed
What makes you successful in this role:
- Several years of experience in software engineering, ideally with web and cloud technologies
- Experience working with Salesforce systems and API-based integrations
- Broad technical understanding across different systems and platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into clean, efficient technical solutions
- Structured, independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Analytical thinking and a sense of ownership for your projects
- Fluent in English and German at B2 level or above
- Bonus: Experience with internal tool development or process automation

*The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2473 per month (full-time, 38.5h/week). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
