Travel & Expense Compliance Intern (Mandarin Speaker)

Internship Position

Key Responsibilities

• Assess compliance of employee reimbursement activities and healthcare compliance reviews against company policies and external regulations.
• Document all compliance assessment results accurately during claim processing.
• Perform support activities such as data analysis, testing, and reporting for compliance projects.
• Escalate issues to management as required and engage in cross-functional networking.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within operational workflows.

Academic Requirements

• Undergraduate students from reputable universities, preferably in business, law, or finance.
• Availability for a minimum period of 6 months.
