APAC RCSC Service Excellence Specialist (Operations Support)

You must possess strong technical skills in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google applications, along with an agile, customer-focused mindset. Fluency in English and a relevant Asian language is required, as is the ability to work in a matrix environment with global teams.
