APAC RCSC Service Excellence Specialist (Operations Support)

As the APAC RCSC Service Excellence Specialist, you will provide daily back-office operations support, including scheduling and dispatching field engineers, managing user accounts in CRM systems, and ensuring data integrity. You will also handle reporting, KPI management, and support cross-functional quality projects. The role requires maintaining knowledge articles and acting as a liaison between Roche and global service providers.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Science, IT, or Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in service operations or quality management within the healthcare or diagnostics industry. You must possess strong technical skills in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google applications, along with an agile, customer-focused mindset. Fluency in English and a relevant Asian language is required, as is the ability to work in a matrix environment with global teams.
