What you achieve with us

  • Second-level support for customer inquiries regarding product features and optimal product usage
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of solution concepts
  • Support of Field Application Engineers during on-site commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Analysis and documentation of issues in the bug tracking system and support of resolution processes
  • Planning and delivery of technical training for Field Application Engineers
  • Participation in customer projects
  • Maintenance and further development of the knowledge base
  • Communication of customer-specific and regional requirements to product management

How you convince us

  • Completed technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, robotics or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in the automation of machines and industrial systems is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of control engineering (PLC/motion), robot programming and/or drive technology
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and professional appearance
  • Strong team player with open and goal-oriented communication

Salary

You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.400,- gross per month. Of course, we pay more - depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.
