Your Responsibilities:

• Self-dependent and on-time creation of MYA (= Multi Year Agreement) configurations and calculations within our MYA-configurator
• Support for creation, configuration of MYA amendments, including preparation of requests for approvals, hand - over to susequent functions
• Administration of signed new and amended MYA within our ERP - systems, data corrections
• Testing of new features in our MYA - configurator; close cooperation with MYA-C project team and support of the functional MYA-C business representative
• Restructoring and preparation of MSA - parts lists used for the automatic upload into the MYA-configurator
• Go-to person for MYA-configurattor related questions on modelling, configurations, calculations of MYA for the global service sales team, including responsibility for knowleadge transfer and training of new hires
• Peparation of sales supportng material, including cooperation in the creation of the Jenbacher Service Manual

Your Profile:

• Commerical Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University; or graduation from business academy (HAK)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales, Commercial, Operations or related role
• Experience in customer contact, customer and sales oriented
• Business acumen and strong analytical skills
• Detail orientated, precise working style
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively operate in a matrix organization
• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowlegde of service offerings
• Willingness to travel (10%)
• Fluent in English and German
