Senior Intelligence Manager (Measurement)

The Senior Intelligence Manager (Measurement) is responsible for defining, enabling, and scaling how Roche measures the impact of its digital communications across internal and external audiences. This role focuses on building and enhancing the foundations that make measurement effective, consistent, and scalable while shaping how data is collected, structured, and activated across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Measure and report performance across global channels, translating data into actionable insights.
• Evolve measurement frameworks for holistic and campaign-specific KPIs.
• Design scalable data ecosystems and pipelines in partnership with IT and data engineering.
• Establish data standards and best practices for consistent tracking across platforms.
• Drive research and insights using analytics and social listening to build a single source of truth.
• Innovate with emerging technologies, including Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Enable global collaboration and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in social media intelligence or digital analysis.
• Technical proficiency in tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Snowflake, and Power BI; experience with Python or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret multi-market data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is considered a vital asset.
