Process Technician

We are looking for two Process Technicians to join our Process Engineering team. You will work closely with sensor manufacture and packaging teams, becoming highly skilled in manufacturing operations, processes, and procedures. Your role involves diagnosing product and process issues, driving continuous improvement, analyzing manufacturing data, and updating technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing technicians and engineers on sensor manufacture line operations.
• Monitor product and process data using statistical analysis.
• Troubleshoot problems methodically and report progress.
• Conduct CTQ testing and material analysis.
• Investigate non-conformances and develop preventative measures.
• Support NPD projects and validation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain quality compliance.
• Manage change control updates to manufacturing documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Process Technician, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Experience with GMP and optimizing products and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and high computer literacy.
• Ability to analyze production data to ensure CTQs are met.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
• Degree qualification or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in rotary converting or reel-to-reel printing and Process Excellence certifications are considered an advantage.
