E-Commerce Manager

Your territory

As part of our E-Commerce team, you will:

• Develop our website to enhance user-friendliness and improve online user journeys, crucial for the success of our online shop
• Analyze user behavior using common web analytic tools such as Google Analytics and heatmap tools, and create A/B Tests for conversion rate optimization
• Design and implement landing pages to optimize user experience and increase conversion rate
• Adapt the website to meet the needs of different markets effectively.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and web team to bring your ideas to life
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase "...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in growing webshops, with a demonstrated track record of success
• Proactive and creative thinker, capable of generating optimization ideas
• Excellent analytical skills enabling data-driven decision-making using various web tools including Google Analytics, Heatmap- and user testing tools
• Ideally expertise in setting up marketing landing pages
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 45.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
