Specialist Strategic Order Control (m/w/d)

As a Specialist Strategic Order Control at Roche Diagnostics, you will play a pivotal role in the EMEA logistics hub by ensuring operational stability through data-driven analysis and proactive bottleneck management. You will act as a coordinator for logistical processes, identifying efficiency potentials and leading task forces during complex disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic monitoring of order volumes and develop measures for load distribution and efficiency.
• Identify process bottlenecks in personnel, systems, or space and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate emergency strategies and lead task forces to restore process stability.
• Analyze performance statistics to facilitate data-based discussions with stakeholders.
• Participate in the development of strategic control functions and manage software testing for projects like SAP integrations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (ideally with a focus on logistics) or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of intralogistics processes from inbound to outbound.
• High IT affinity with experience in ERP/warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP EWM, Logsys) and MS Office/Google applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and KPIs.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with diverse stakeholders.
• Valid security clearance for air cargo areas is desirable.
