Lead Controls & Finance Enablement (d/f/m)

As a Lead Controls & Finance Enablement, you will serve as a key partner to the local commercial organization and the broader finance network within Roche Diagnostics. You will lead the Finance Excellence Partners (FxPs) team, manage the Sapin 2 controls framework, and act as a key finance advisor to increase organizational financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Finance Excellence Partners team to foster innovation and psychological safety.
• Oversee the end-to-end Sapin 2 controls framework, including regulatory monitoring and risk transparency.
• Act as a core finance advisor to commercial teams for operational activities like product launches and business models.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on statutory closing, accounting, and management reporting with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Accounting, or Auditing.
• Previous leadership experience is required; healthcare industry background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance, IFRS, and French GAAP.
• Proven experience in internal control and procedure writing.
• Interest in information systems, specifically SAP FI/CO modules.
• Advanced communication skills and fluency in French and English (C1 level).
