Working Student for IoT Product Life Cycle Management Support (m/f/d)

Drive efficient Jira workflows with smart AI Automation.

This working student role supports Lifecycle Management (LCM) operations by ensuring transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Jira-based workflows. You will work closely with the LCM single point of contact to maintain operational excellence, identify risks early, and prototype AI-driven automation solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate response times.

What You’ll Bring

• Ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Structured and analytical working style with attention to detail
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools (preferred)
• Interest in AI, automation, and process optimization
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
