YOUR JOB
We’re looking for an Account Executive with drive: someone who loves sales, enjoys winning new customers, and builds real, lasting relationships. You understand that sales is a people business - and at the same time, you work smart. You use modern tools intentionally to reduce administrative work and spend more time with your customers. You are responsible for expanding our market presence in the DACH region. Your focus is on the customer and closing deals successfully - supported by efficient processes.
Your job’s key responsibilities are:
- Managing and closing sales cycles, including confident communication with decision-makers at management and C-level
- Full ownership of the sales process for the Goldright Enterprise Suite within the B2B segment - from lead generation to contract closing and handover to the consulting team
- Representing Goldright at relevant trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events
- Actively identifying, approaching, and acquiring new customers through a mix of traditional and tool-supported prospecting and outreach methods
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Delivering presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with senior stakeholders and management teams
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns
- Supporting tenders and RFP processes
- Independently managing and optimizing your pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive)
- Sharing customer feedback and market insights with product management to continuously improve the offering
- Maintaining a structured and disciplined CRM and pipeline process, leveraging modern tools and automated workflows to increase efficiency
