Netconomy is fundamentally a very good employer, and like any company, there is always room for improvement. Many of the issues mentioned above can be found at other companies as well. However, it's important to me to give honest feedback and openly address these topics—just as I do within the company. I can certainly recommend Netconomy and see that the company is continually working towards improvements, even if certain patterns tend to repeat themselves.

The team spirit among colleagues is excellent. Without the strong sense of togetherness, I might have considered other offers. Ich würde sagen, wenn du Anfänger bist und einem Projekt zugewiesen werdest, bei dem es tatsächlich ums Programmieren geht, ist das ein guter Ausgangspunkt.
