T&E Compliance Analyst

Roche is seeking a T&E Compliance Analyst to join the Audit and Compliance department at their Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. This role involves working with finance, audit, and compliance departments across Roche affiliates in the EMEA region to ensure financial compliance, manage SAP authorizations, and oversee travel and expense (T&E) processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify T&E expense claims from a VAT perspective.
• Manage the integration between Concur and SAP systems.
• Support the preparation of reports and training materials for compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the team to improve compliance documentation and processes.
• Assess employee expense claims for accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in compliance programs, projects, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Document all compliance assessment activities within Concur.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant Finance or Accounting position.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong administrative and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Commitment to maintaining and improving service levels.
• Interest in gaining experience with SAP and financial compliance.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and experience with SAP/Concur are considered desirable.
