Record to Report PEC Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

The Position

Roche is seeking a finance professional to coordinate and execute month, quarter, and year-end closing activities. The role involves performing accounting transactions, clearing open items, conducting analytical reviews of financial statements, and ensuring accurate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation in compliance with ICFR and group policies, participating in audits, and driving continuous improvement projects. The position also requires coaching junior team members and facilitating knowledge sharing. Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, possess at least 5 years of experience in General or Management Accounting, and be proficient in SAP or other ERP systems. Fluency in both English and Japanese is mandatory. Experience in shared services and prior leadership or project management roles are considered advantageous.
