The Position
As a key RWE lead, you will shape and influence evidence generation strategies for complex cross-functional projects. Your responsibilities include leading RWD study design, analysis, and interpretation, mapping RWD sources, and implementing innovative RWE programs to support drug development, regulatory, and payer decision-making. You will build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, maintain a KOL network, and act as a mentor to provide technical expertise in epidemiology. Qualifications include a Master's degree or higher in epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health, with at least 3 years of experience in observational studies. You should possess expert knowledge of epidemiological methodologies, statistical programming skills (SAS), strong project management abilities, and the capacity to lead in a matrix environment with fluent English communication skills.
