Training Specialist (f/m/d)

The Opportunity

Join us as a Training Specialist and play a key role in building a strong learning culture within our operations. In this position, you will drive competency development, support on-the-job learning, and ensure alignment with global product line training standards. You will work closely with HR, managers, and internal trainers to deliver high-quality learning experiences that enhance performance and support business success.

How you will make the impact

• Design and implement local training plans aligned with global product line standards and business needs
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate competency development initiatives across the organization
• Deliver engaging training sessions and evaluate effectiveness to continuously improve learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate training records and manage learning documentation and systems
• Coordinate and support internal trainers, ensuring high-quality and consistent training delivery
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth and effective integration of new employees
• Ensure alignment with skills governance, product line frameworks, and organizational training standards

Your background

• Degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or competency management
• Proven experience delivering training sessions or workshops, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with LMS platforms or skills management systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret training data and identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication skills in German and in English and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
