Aufgaben

• Execute the Academy strategy and annual roadmap
• Manage the Academy budget and annual training program
• Establish and maintain high-quality learning and teaching standards
• Drive the professionalization and development of the trainer pool
• Introduce innovative learning formats and methodologies
• Act as the key interface between People & Culture and Business Unit Management

Qualifikationen

• Degree from a Teachers’ College or equivalent educational qualification
• Proven experience in workshop facilitation and training delivery
• Strong knowledge of modern learning and teaching methods
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Forward-thinking, innovative, and highly organized
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel internationally
