Technical Sales Specialist

The Position

Roche Diagnostics Korea is seeking a professional for the Core Lab & POC division to manage sales and market strategy for the Mass Spec product line. The role involves executing business plans, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing technical support through cross-functional collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Mass Spec products.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention, expansion, and new acquisitions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Medical Affairs to provide integrated solutions.
• Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and contract administration.
• Continuously develop expertise in automation systems, LC-MS/MS analysis, and market trends.

Who You Are

• Degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Clinical Chemistry.
• 5+ years of experience in diagnostics, biotech, or analytical equipment sectors.
• Proven sales experience with LC-MS/MS or Mass Spec equipment and reagent applications.
• Understanding of central laboratory workflows, automation, and clinical chemistry.
• Proficiency in English for technical communication and native-level Korean.
