The Position
As a Service Engineer at Roche, you will be responsible for the installation, validation, and commissioning of laboratory systems. Your duties include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment, providing technical support and training to laboratory staff, and managing software updates and hardware upgrades. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate service documentation in the CRM system and managing spare parts inventory.
Requirements
- Higher technical education in biomedical engineering, electronics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as a service engineer with medical or laboratory equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, optics, and hydraulics.
- Proficiency in PC usage and understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, LIS/HIS integration).
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate B1 level or higher).
- Valid category B driver's license and willingness to travel across Ukraine.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
