The Warehouse Operator Despatch plays a vital role in our supply chain operations, responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders in temperature-controlled environments (Ambient and Cold Storage) using RF gun
• Operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
• Handling Post Goods Issue operations using SAP
• Handling and shipping Dangerous Goods
• Booking shipments via contracted carriers
• Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines

Requirements

• Forklift license (LF)
• Dangerous goods license (Desirable)
• Sound knowledge of WH&S principles
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability for heavy lifting (up to 20 Kg)
• Good numeric skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Platforms
• SAP knowledge (Desirable)
• Customer service focus
