Your responsibilities

• Support and deliver Performance Management for the A320 Family Quality Customer Line
• Define, implement and deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality Customer Lines
• Integrate KPIs and develop dashboards for performance monitoring
• Support and deliver Customer Performance Management
• Define and implement KPIs for Customer Management and Customer WatchTower
• Develop dashboards and standard templates for customer management and communication
• Support In-Service activities for the customer portfolio
• Manage and coordinate Manufacturing Quality Items (MQI) Technical Requests
• Act as customer interface for MQI Technical Requests
• Drive the digital transformation of the team
• Improve processes and KPI performance through digitalisation
• Enhance data capitalization and knowledge management via digital solutions
• Work in close collaboration with central and operational Quality functions in Manufacturing, Delivery and In-Service, as well as with Customer Services, Chief Engineering and Procurement

Your profile

• University degree in Engineering or Aerospace
• 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Project Management, Process Improvement or Quality Management
• Experience in Performance Management is an advantage
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management and problem-solving methodologies
• AI knowledge required
• Strong analytical mindset and digital affinity
• High level of autonomy, ownership and responsibility
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Professional and customer-focused working style
• Fluent English (German and/or French are a plus)
• Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
