We are seeking a Patient Journey Partner to make a meaningful impact on patient care by connecting Roche's capabilities and resources to co-create solutions with key stakeholders. This integrated, functionally agnostic role focuses on accelerating access to treatments and streamlining decision-making by bringing Roche expertise into the ecosystem and understanding local needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relations with top therapy area experts by identifying challenges and motivators.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top public and private accounts, executing strategies to maximize patient access to Roche innovations.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to resolve business issues and drive results.
• Lead field collaboration through the co-creation of solutions for key accounts.

Requirements

• Relevant graduate degree required; post-graduation preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Hematology or a similar field.
• Strong collaboration, networking, process orientation, and alliance management skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate.
