Network Service Delivery Lead
The Global Digital Hub at Roche is seeking a Network Service Delivery Lead to oversee the operation, alignment, and evolution of Pharma Network processes and teams. This role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery, monitoring content KPIs, and optimizing digital service engagement models.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adoption of digital content and services at the network level.
- Design and implement sustainable service standards to enhance client experience.
- Manage budgets and optimize resource utilization to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global and network teams to improve content strategy execution.
- Analyze internal and third-party processes to optimize service delivery.
- Provide functional leadership, including training, performance management, and coaching for network teams.
- Utilize digital tools such as monday.com and Veeva Vault PromoMats to support content ecosystems.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a business or quantitative field.
- Extensive experience in digital product design, service design, and operational process enhancement.
- Proven track record in functional leadership, team management, and budget oversight.
- Strong knowledge of digital asset management, content management operations, and MLR processes.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and related digital content tools.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
