Procurement & Car Fleet Management Intern - Hungarian speaking

As a member of the Site Services Department at Roche Services (Europe) Ltd., the intern will support the Strategic Procurement Partner and Office Executives with administrative tasks related to car fleet management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Car Fleet Management:

• Monitor contract dates, highway tickets, and penalties.
• Liaise with leasing companies and manage employee inquiries regarding car policies.
• Maintain the car fleet database and support vehicle handover processes and condition checks.
• Manage fuel cards, motorway vignettes, and support system-related activities like PO creation.

Procurement:

• Provide administrative support during bidding processes and organize tender documentation.
• Analyze supplier offers and maintain data accuracy.
• Create and track Purchase Orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure procurement needs are met in alignment with official policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Currently enrolled in a Hungarian university or college on a day-time schedule.
• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week.
• B category driving license with active driving experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, precise, and accountable mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
