Senior ERP Solution Consultant
As a Senior ERP Solution Consultant at Roche, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions across the Source-to-Procure (S2P) lifecycle, driving efficiency and digital transformation within the global ERP landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analysis and solution design for sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories.
- Act as a functional expert for procurement platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, or Coupa.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive testing activities (SIT, UAT) and ensure high-quality system deployments.
- Support product roadmap discussions and contribute to process optimization and user adoption.
Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of experience in ERP solution consulting or business analysis in procurement environments.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or GEP.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Procure / Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or middleware solutions.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
