Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift)

The Position

Join our dynamic team as a leader committed to excellence in manufacturing. In this role, you will provide leadership and technical support to manufacturing personnel, manage a team of production assemblers, oversee production schedules, and uphold quality compliance standards. You will guide the team in New Product Development, Continuous Improvement, and operational metrics to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, train, and develop production personnel to support manufacturing needs.
• Plan and schedule resources, and track key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems (FDA, GMP, QSR, ISO) and safety requirements.
• Identify failure modes and collaborate with New Product teams for design for manufacturing guidance.
• Drive lean manufacturing improvements and provide technical guidance on processing strategies and equipment procurement.
• Foster a quality-minded culture focused on customer service and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree with 3 years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Technical experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of quality system requirements (QSR) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Experience with clean room environments and manufacturing/MRP systems.
• Certification or training in LEAN Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to think tactically and strategically while working in a hands-on, self-directed manner.
