Global Clinical Materials Manager

As a Global Clinical Materials Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading procurement and supply planning for clinical trials, driving operational excellence, and collaborating with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless availability of drug products and packaging materials to meet clinical manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain accurate master data for drug products in SAP systems.
• Manage purchase orders for development, partner, and commercial drug products.
• Lead supplier relationship management by monitoring performance through KPIs and driving continuous improvements.
• Ensure batch availability and readiness for downstream manufacturing processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain and procurement issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in SAP systems and the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills; basic German is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills with high cultural awareness.
• Problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
• Well-developed teamwork, negotiation, and organizational skills.
