System Integration Troubleshooter

Roche Diagnostics International Ltd is seeking a System Integration Troubleshooter to join the System Development department in a cross-functional environment. This role focuses on the development and product care of complex diagnostic systems, including fluidics, robotics, software, and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root-cause investigations for systemic issues across all product lifecycle phases.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to R&D, Global Customer Support, and Operations teams.
• Manage internal repair visits, retrofitting, configuration monitoring, and software updates.
• Plan and track assigned work packages independently.
• Perform integration development activities and coordinate with internal departments.
• Utilize statistical data analysis to support problem-solving, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently on cross-departmental tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German.
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking capabilities.
• Proven experience in statistical data analysis.
