Head of Product HI Enterprise Cloud

The Head of Product HI Enterprise Cloud is responsible for the full product lifecycle of complex cloud solutions, from strategy and ideation to scaling and retirement. This role focuses on driving the 'Cloud-First' strategy, aligning technology solutions with scientific and business needs, and ensuring products are desirable, feasible, and compliant with industry standards like GxP.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Enterprise Cloud portfolio.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex cloud solutions.
• Lead cloud transformation efforts to optimize release cadence and speed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, SaaS vendors, and academic partners.
• Balance innovation with regulatory compliance and integrate AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or business analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology.
• 2+ years of experience in leading and mentoring multidisciplinary technical teams.
• University degree with deep knowledge of software architecture, Cloud Hyperscalers, and CaaS.
• Strong understanding of GxP, FAIR data principles, and GDPR.
