Global Business Process Specialist - Manufacturing Finance & Intercompany (Fixed-term)

The Position

This role acts as a bridge between global and local Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and Business Process Management to ensure alignment across divisions, with a focus on Roche Diagnostics. The incumbent will translate business requirements into IT specifications, manage changes, and define global template solutions, including documentation, test management, and training for Supply Chain Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of End-to-End Business Process Management (E2E BPM) strategy and serve as an empowered decision-maker for the process area.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and IT to achieve process harmonization.
• Design and implement lean, standardized cross-divisional processes in collaboration with Global Business Process Managers.
• Support and safeguard the Global ASPIRE Template and ensure global business acceptance.
• Manage solution documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and integrated training.
• Translate business requirements for IT and assess technical feasibility.
• Work independently to drive key tasks in the Supply Chain Finance stream.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, management accounting, and product costing.
• Proven track record in leading major global transformational projects and cross-functional implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, and MES systems, with experience in SAP Supply Chain Finance process transformation.
• Advanced skills in Project Management, Business Process Management, and agile/Lean methodologies.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to work in complex global networks.
