We are hiring a Senior Integration Analyst to design and govern scalable integration solutions for long-term enterprise platforms. This is a senior system analyst role focused on system design, integration strategy, and aligning business needs with technical solutions.

You will work across engineering and business teams to ensure sustainable, scalable, and well-governed integration architecture supporting large-scale implementations.

How you create impact

• Define and govern integration architecture standards
• Design scalable, reusable integration interfaces and system structures
• Ensure long-term platform sustainability
• Oversee large-scale integration environments (10K - 15K implementations)
• Bridge business requirements with technical architecture
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Guide implementation teams on integration design and best practices

What we would like you to bring

• 5 - 10+ years in integration development, interface design, or system architecture/analyst
• Strong experience with integration patterns and enterprise system design
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures
• Experience across multiple business domains is required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence decisions and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Engage and influence diverse stakeholders across all levels using strong change management and persuasion skills.
• Leverage data-driven thinking and clear logical reasoning to define the why and deliver effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
